Pricing & GST

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST
Prices may change without notice
If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund

Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to product availability
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase
We reserve the right to accept or reject an order within 7 days
If no response is provided within 7 days, the order is deemed accepted

Orders may be declined due to stock availability or operational reasons.

Payment & Security

When placing an order, you may be required to provide personal and payment information.
While we take reasonable steps to protect this data, you acknowledge that no transmission is entirely risk-free and that we are not liable for misuse caused by transmission errors, malware, or unauthorised access.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests may be accepted at our discretion.
If an order cannot be cancelled, this applies even if acceptance of the order is still pending.

Delivery, Title & Risk

Ownership of goods transfers once payment is received
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once goods are dispatched
Optional carrier insurance may be available for overseas orders

Order Cancellation Due to Error

If a product is listed incorrectly due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction.
Any payments received will be refunded in full.

Returns & Exchanges

If a product is faulty or damaged, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty items must be reported before return
Undamaged goods may be exchanged (not refunded) if returned unused within 14 days, subject to approval
Return shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility
