We are a debt free company. We do not buy on Credit Terms and we do not sell on Credit Terms. This allows us to keep our costs down and our profit margins low allowing us to have a competitive price advantage over our opposition.

As a specialist Ink & Toner cartridge retailer we aim to fill a need within the printing market to supply Ink & Toner cartridges and related products at competitive prices and a service second to none. We are proud to bring you a wider range of products at wholesale prices..

Our delivery time is 1-3 working days from the time of your order depending on product availability. All orders are usually shipped the same day provided it is in stock and your order is placed by 3.00pm AEST.

Delivery fee is a flat $7.50 per order anywhere in Australia. (read our Blog about delivery fees)

Overseas delivery fees will be quoted for each order and will be dispatched within 1-3 working days depending on product availability. We do not accept credit card or PayPal payments for overseas orders. Cleared funds into our bank account only. No exceptions!!

Warranties apply as per the particular manufacturer's warranty.

We do not have a Shopfront. All products are shipped directly from our warehouses. Pick-up in person is NOT available.

We DO NOT keep stock at our Head Office as all orders are shipped from our Warehouses.

Toby is our Credit Manager. His job is pretty easy as we don't buy on credit and we don't give credit. This helps us to keep our costs down and pass on the savings to you.

Feel free to ask for a credit application but we don't like your chances of getting it approved. When Toby says "Yes" in clear English then we will give credit, but until then your application is under review.
