Freight Information

At The Cartridge Warehouse, freight is built around speed, efficiency, and value.
We use a combination of couriers and Australia Post, depending on your location — with couriers handling the majority of deliveries.

Standard Freight (Australia)

For most orders, standard freight is all you need to receive your cartridges quickly and cost-effectively.

Flat rate shipping: $8.50 Australia-wide
PO Boxes: $15.00
Order cut-off: Orders placed by 3:00pm are typically dispatched the same day
Delivery: Same day or next business day in many metro areas (location dependent)

If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may leave a card to arrange re-delivery. You may also:

Request authority to leave (at your own risk), or
Have the parcel delivered to a workplace address

Express Freight

Express courier services are available in many major metropolitan areas and can provide delivery within:

1–2 hours
2–3 hours
3–4 hours

Pricing depends on your location and the items ordered.

Important:
Orders must be placed by 3:00pm to allow sufficient processing time before courier collection.

Overseas Orders

We do ship internationally, however all overseas orders must be arranged before placing an order online.

Freight is quoted individually based on destination and items
Shipping options may include air or sea freight via Australia Post or courier
Overseas orders can also be shipped within Australia to a forwarding address of your choice

Payment for Overseas Orders

For overseas orders:

Payment is accepted via direct bank transfer or cheque/money order only
Goods are dispatched once cleared funds are received

Any overseas credit or debit card payments submitted without prior contact will not be processed.
